Profile: iGala Productions Puren Joubert grew up on a big five private game reserve in Africa. His dad, Johan Joubert, is currently one of the most respected wildlife veterinarians and conservationist in Africa. Johan's conservation efforts and wildlife expertise guided some of the leading game reserves in Africa to numerous awards, including 'World's Leading Conservation Company' and 'World's Leading Safari & Game Reserve'. This passion for Africa and interest in its wildlife was passed on to Puren from an early age. Growing up on a big 5 game reserve, Puren got very experienced with Africa's big game under the watchful eye of his dad. Puren met his wife Janine while studying tourism together at Potchefstroom University. Shortly after they obtained their degrees, Puren started his career as a professional hunter in Africa while Janine managed safari lodges and filmed wildlife. Puren quickly got promoted to a dangerous game professional hunter which is an add on to your professional hunter's license. Their other passion, videography, and the growing need of clients wanting their safaris filmed resulted in iGala Productions. Today iGala Productions is a professional videography company that includes experts in every field of the filming and production process. |
